Eleven Sports Management have been helping footballers reach their full potential on and off the field for over 18 years now. There are many reasons for this success. The main one is that we provide a fully unique and personal service to our clients. This service may differ from some other agencies because we actually care about our client’s welfare and aim to look after every player individually. By adopting this approach we have had the honour of representing some of the best players to have graced the beautiful game.
Our Philosophy is that there is a big difference between an ‘agent’ and an experienced professional adviser. It is often heard said that “players do not need agents”, especially when it comes to younger players. Some representatives of football clubs say that “players do not need an agent until they have progressed through to be a first team player”.
We have represented some of the most successful ever imports into the English game. These include Fabrizio Ravenelli, Enzo Maresca, Juninho and Benito Carbone. We have and still represent many domestic players such as Robert Earnshaw of Derby County and Wales and Gareth McAuley of Leicester City and Northern Ireland.
We at Eleven are the first to say that the last thing that a player needs, whether they be young and inexperienced or a seasoned professional, is “bad” advice. We also believe that good, sound advice is needed by players of all ages. Parents/Guardians of young players, including those whose children are still at school need expert advice and guidance as to the options available to them.
We at Eleven help players to take full responsibility for their own careers. We assist them to make the choice which is right for them. Our experienced know-how in advising players enables us to give them all of the options available to them in any given situation and to weigh up the pros and cons before reaching any conclusions.
Where possible we work closely with the player’s club in order to achieve the common goal of helping the player produce their best form on a consistent basis.
